If you're anything like our team of experts at The Virtual Assistant Studio- you want all the juicy details. So, here's the straight and dirty on how it works. We work a month ahead. This means you have until the 7th to record that B-Roll footage and submit to us. A week later, you get 20 reels and captions. Once final edits have been made, we will schedule them inside of Plann, Planoly or Later! That means you get to kick back and watch your audience grow on autopilot. And if you opt into DFY Reels + Manychat (which we obviously recommend), you get to let the bots do their thing in converting that traffic off of Instagram! That's where the real money is made.

What if I only record 10 B-Roll shots one month?
We get it- sometimes life gets in the way, and you only get to record 10 B-Roll reels. You have two options: we either create 10 reels, OR we create two versions for each piece of video footage that was given. If all 20 reels are not used in one month, they do not roll over to the next month. If content is not provided, no refunds will be issued.

What if I don't want to pay for Slack?
Our ultimate goal is to create a seamless process that delivers exceptional results for our clients. Slack is the vehicle that allows us to do that. If the Slack subscription is a deal breaker for you, this isn't the service for you.
What if I want more than one round of edits?
One round of edits is included in your monthly subscription. Additional edits can be purchased for $100 per round. Additional edits will require a 5-day turn around time and may result in a delay in content being posted.

What if I don't approve my content for the month?
We understand that life can get busy. If you do not approve your content for the month, it will not be posted and we can use that content the following month. Content will never go live without your consent.
If you decide to upgrade to a different service, we will stop current payment for your subscription and you will begin payments for the new subscription. Your 6-month commitment will not renew upon changing services.
There is a 6-month commitment required to sign up for the DFY reels and DFY reels + ManyChat. No refunds will be issued if you decide to pause or stop content within the 6-month contract.
How long is the commitment?
What if I want to upgrade to a different service?
Will you have access to my Instagram account?
No. Our team will not have access to your Instagram account. We value your privacy and prefer to use Instagram approved third party applications.
What if I want more than 15 reels a month?
If you're in the more the merrier mindset, we salute you, and we're here to support you! You are welcome to purchase a second package in increments of 10 reels. You can do this by checking the box on your onboarding form and a checkout link will be send to you in your client Slack channel.
B-Roll submitted after the deadline is subject to a $100 rush fee. This will be invoiced separately. The client is not guaranteed to get their reels within the outlined timeline, and may result in a delay of content being posted.
How will you schedule the content?
Our social media manager will schedule your final reels and captions to either Plann, Planoly or Later. You will be required to have a paid subscription to one of the pre-approved platforms. If you do not wish to purchase a scheduler, you will be responsible for posting your own content.
